When you view a shared candidate profile link, we automatically collect your IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, and the time of your visit. If email verification is enabled for a shared link, we also collect the email address you provide for verification.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the service; communicate with you about your account; send product updates and relevant information; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing) under strict confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you access a shared profile link, we log view metadata (IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamp) to help our customers understand engagement with their shared profiles. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling them may affect service functionality.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@pitchd.bio. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. View tracking data for shared profile links is retained for as long as the associated organisation account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Some data may be retained for legal or operational reasons following deletion.
pitchd.bio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the service. Continued use of pitchd.bio after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
